Happy Seed offers a 100% plant-based menu featuring Latin-inspired eats. My two favorite dishes were the esquites and tamales. Since attending their first pop-up back in May, they have expanded their menu and even have a vegan version of Taco Bell’s crunch wrap - very intriguing.

Orders are taken directly in the parking lot of a mano. I was able to order in advance but I’m not sure if that is an option anymore.
